We provide a personalized exercise program designed to maximize the potential of our clients and the equipment they have available to them. It does not matter how much or how little equipment you have, our expertise and creativity in exercise program design allow all of our clients to receive equal value from our online process. Whether you are a novice to exercise or an advanced adult looking for more guidance at the gym, we can customize a program for you.

FAQ’s

Do I need to buy any equipment?

We work with any amount of equipment our clients have and do no require the purchase of any new equipment. Although, we may make suggestions along the way for new equipment that may be beneficial to the individual.

How long are the workouts?

Workouts generally range from 40 to 50 minutes. This can be adjusted for the individual to be shorter if necessary.

Do I need a gym membership?

While some of our clients do have memberships, many do not. We plan workouts for our clients in any location they would like. We just need to know what equipment we have access to.

Is there a live training option?

We do not currently offer this service.

Can I print out my workouts?

Absolutely!

Will I be able to see old workouts?

We do not try to keep our workouts to ourselves. You can always refer back to previous workouts.

Why do I only get workouts one week at a time?

Because we know things happen. Whether it is an injury or some equipment breaks. We want to be able to make adjustments to these changes that will inevitably happen.
